Return Policy

We want you to be happy with baby daze and share our love for our book.
However, sometimes things go wrong. If there is a problem with the
order (e.g. the book is damaged in transit), please email service@babydaze.net
or call us immediately (800.207.2776). We will ship you another book at
no cost, but would ask that you ship the damaged book back to us.
If, upon receipt of your order you realize that you made a
mistake in ordering, we will accept returns of unused and undamaged
products. You have 30 days to return a book from the date of receipt.
You will be credited the full purchase price and any applicable sales
tax minus any shipping charges. No unauthorized returns will be
accepted. Please contact us prior to returning any item.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. You
don't have to use Priority Mail or any expedited form of shipping. But,
you are responsible for making sure the book arrives in good condition,
so please pack it carefully when shipping it back.
If you paid with a credit card, we issue a credit card refund
(to the same card) immediately upon receipt of the returned book. We
will notify via e-mail (if we have an address for you), when you credit
is processed. Credits will appear from "The Research Department, Inc."
on your monthly credit card statement.
If you paid with a check or money order, we will mail out a
refund check the next business day after receipt of the returned
product(s).
